Supported Community Connections
Complete Care Counseling Agency offers a community-based program that gives individuals the opportunity to participate in community activities with appropriate support and supervision. These activities promote independent skills within the community while our direct care professionals model appropriate interactions with peers and community members. Our clients enjoy community outings that are a mix of fun and structure. Individuals also have the opportunity to create and maintain meaningful friendships.
